Productomschrijving
Female Fly Pheromone Attractant Insect Control
This clear water liquid containing (9Z)-tricosene serves as an effective attractant for flies and other insects. When combined with insecticides, it significantly enhances efficiency and reduces required dosage. Z-9-Tricosene (muscalure) is an insect pheromone naturally produced by female dipteran flies to attract males for mating, widely used in professional pest control products.

Key Features
- Muscalure effectively attracts pests including flies and rushes
- Widely used in combination with insecticides to enhance killing efficiency at suggested doses of 0.05-0.5% in formulations
- Functions as a gathering agent to entice pests to congregate and feed, leading to effective elimination
- Serves as both male and female housefly sex attractant for mating disruption and can be used as poison bait when mixed with pesticides
Working Mechanism
Z-9-Tricosene is a sex pheromone naturally produced by female house flies (Musca domestica) to attract males. In bees, it functions as one of the communication pheromones released during the waggle dance. This chemically synthesized insect pheromone demonstrates excellent attraction effects on cockroaches and flies. When used in combination with insecticides, it significantly improves insecticidal efficiency. This product is designed exclusively for use as an attractant in insecticide formulations.
